Summary:

Paratum Solutions is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to help grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts through high-impact campaigns and content creation. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals who enjoys storytelling, building campaigns, and developing content for social media, email, or advertising that resonates with audiences. The incumbent must have the ability to work independently, define and execute marketing strategies, manage workload and schedule, and have the drive to see projects to completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into consulting from their current role.  The role will begin as a project-based contract and/or part-time position, with strong potential to grow into a permanent full-time opportunity as our client base and business lines continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.

• Create content for social media, email, website, and events.

• Manage brand messaging and visual consistency.

• Support lead generation and outbound marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate conference and trade show promotions.

• Write case studies, client success stories, and announcements.

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.

• Help shape overall marketing strategy as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience.

• Experience creating B2B campaigns.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Strong design sense and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing technology, SaaS, GIS, or consulting services.

• Graphic design / Canva / Adobe experience.

• CRM and marketing automation tools experience.

• SEO and website content experience.

Experience and Education

• 3+ years experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar; or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
